O Senado aprovou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (26) a Medida Provis\u00f3ria (MP) 1.334\/2026, que reajusta o piso salarial dos professores da educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica para R$ 5.130,63 em 2026. O texto vai \u00e0 san\u00e7\u00e3o do presidente<\/a><\/strong> Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva.<\/p>\n

A medida representa um aumento de 5,4% sobre o valor anterior, de R$ 4.867,77, com um ganho real de 1,5 ponto percentual acima da infla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A MP foi editada pelo presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT) em janeiro, quando as regras entraram em vigor. Pelo texto, o novo c\u00e1lculo ser\u00e1 a soma do \u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor (INPC) e 50% da m\u00e9dia de crescimento real das receitas do Fundo de Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica e de Valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos Profissionais da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (Fundeb).<\/p>\n

Segundo o governo, a f\u00f3rmula anterior teria resultado em recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o de apenas 0,37% \u2014 a nova garante 5,4%.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a senadora Professora Dorinha Seabra (Uni\u00e3o-TO), relatora da proposta, a nova regra deve gerar um impacto de R$ 6,4 bilh\u00f5es em 2026.<\/p>\n

A MP tamb\u00e9m estabelece um teto e um piso para as corre\u00e7\u00f5es futuras: o reajuste n\u00e3o pode superar a varia\u00e7\u00e3o da receita nominal do Fundeb entre os dois anos anteriores, nem ser inferior ao INPC.<\/p>\n

Impacto nas contas p\u00fablicas<\/strong><\/p>\n

Se aplicada por todos os entes federativos, a nova regra deve gerar um impacto de R$ 6,4 bilh\u00f5es em 2026. As receitas do Fundeb, que financiam 70% dos sal\u00e1rios dos professores, cresceram 120% em termos reais entre 2020 e 2026.<\/p>\n
